It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dwight Sherrod of Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on December 19, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his daughter Mahonda Sherrod; his grandchildren, Shavon Sherrod and Mackenzie Steele; his great grandchildren, Princeton Sherrod and Cing'Stan Sherrod; his brothers, Harold V. Jason and Howard E. Jason, Jr.; his aunts, Shirley Sherrod of Atlanta, GA and Lula Sherrod of Philadelphia, MS; and his uncle Lee Blackmon Sr. of Mobile Alabama. He is also survived by cousins, family and friends.
