She was predeceased by: her parents, David Gilland and Joanne Gilland; her husband Paul Wade; and her brother Michael Gilland. She is survived by: her children, Amy Chapman, Jack Korns and Tara Thomas; her grandchildren, Jeremy Hensley, Cody Waldren, Zachary Chapman, Parker Thomas and Emma Friel; her great grandchild Farmer Hensley; and her siblings, Steve Gilland (Michele), Connie Popovich (Mike) and Lisa Dague (Ron). She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.

Donations may be made to Tuscarawas County Hospice House in New Philadelphia.
