He was predeceased by: his father David. He is survived by: his mother Alice; his sister Elizabeth "Liz" Hollinrake (Cindy Betz); his in-laws, Chuck and Phyllis; and his children, Dylan, Kylee, Aiden and Emma. He is also survived by seven nieces/nephews; three great nieces.
