He was predeceased by: his father Hermogene Laboy; and his siblings, Lupe Laboy and Minnie Laboy (late Luis Muniz). He is survived by: his mother Blanca Rivera Laboy; his wife Natalie Morales; his children, Licenia Rosa (Martin) and Aaliyah Laboy; his grandchildren, Isaac Laboy, Martin Rosa III, Izaya Rosa, Cecila Rosa, Kayden Bohannon, Xavier Bohannon and Henry Bruno; and his siblings, Maria Garcia (Robert), Juanita Laboy (Jose Santiago), Nellie Seminatore (David), Ecenia Laboy and Hermogene Laboy Jr..
