He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Mary Francis Blevins, Julia Coster, Cleothus Blevins and Marvin Burgess; his sister Latrice Blevins; and his siblings-in-law, Stella Freeman, Marion Cook, Clarence Freeman and Maurice Cook.
He is survived by: his parents, Sharon Coster and Clifford Belvin Sr. Clifford (Idella Coster); his sons, Eric BarClay (Nell) and Clifford Coster Jr. (Lisa); his grandchildren, Josh, Eris, Clifford III and Eric Jr.; his godchildren, Kenneth Williams Jr. and Briana Cook; his nieces and nephews, Kenyautta Cook and Clarence Cook; and his cousins, Yolonda and Bernard Belvins. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
