It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles M. Perkins Jr. in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on January 25, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bessie Perkins and Charles Moody Perkins; his nieces and nephews, Charlotte (Mitchell), Reginald (Jackie) and Curtiss (Marlene); his daughter Charlene; his grandchildren, Charles Dean, Keisha, Shanay Traylor, Reginald Joshua Perkins, Aaron Haynesworth, Marisa James, Curtiss Jr. and Quintin Perkins; and his great grandchildren, Kailyn Ellington, Charles Jr., Amaya, Canelo Dean, Melanie Davis, A'Lona Middlebrooks, Darionna Perkins and Kayden Perkins.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Gail; and his brothers, Eddie, Argolyn and Fred (Gail).
A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Aloysius Catholic Church (10932 St Clair Ave., Cleveland, OH 44108).
In lieu of flowers, all donations can be made in his name to Bessie's Angels.
