She was predeceased by: her husband George; and her children, Lenvel Ray Dunlap and Tina Chapman. She is survived by: her children, Kelly (Charles), Jo McKenzie and Kevin Hanshaw; and her siblings, Timothy, Kris, Sue, Cheryl and David.
