It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carmen Santiago of Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on December 24, 2023, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Marcos Santiago and Ramonita Torres; her children, Maria Rosado (Eduardo Machuca), Rosemary Rosado, Wilbert Rosado and Michael Rosado; and her siblings, Norma, Hilda, William and Rene. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
