She was predeceased by: her sister Linda Hildebrandt; and her parents, W. Ernest Lutz and Catherine "Kitty" Lutz (Lord). She is survived by: her husband Mark A. Vahey; her children, Mark Andrew Vahey (Laurie) and Katherine Wunder (Jeff); her grandchildren, Reilly, Andrew, Jacob, Megan, Lindsey, Jessica and Maggie; her sisters, Betty Stahlbrodt (Peter) and Cathy Laneri (Eugene); and her brother-in-law Tom Welch. She is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
