She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Chuppa and Jennie Calvillo; her husband Joseph S. Gurko; and her son Matthew Gurko. She is survived by: her sons, Joseph F. Gurko and Scott Gurko (Michelle); her grandchildren, April, Alexandra (Bill), Miranda (Brian), Samantha (Andy), Jessica (Travis), Marissa, Devin, Jaidyn, Ashton, Matthew and Giselle; her great grandchildren, Brent, Ella, William, Kaden, Zander, Harper and Masiah; her siblings, Paula, Irene and David; and her child-in-law Christie Renee.
