He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bartolo Lugo and Monserrate Rios; his spouse Buenaventura Irizzary; his children, Wanda Lugo (Alexis DeLeon) and Abner Lugo (Jennifer Lugo); and his stepchildren, Jacqueline Ruiz and Julio Ruiz.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Iglesia Adventista Ebenezer Spanish Seventh-Day Adventist Church (7322 Elton Ave, Cleveland, OH 44102).
