She was predeceased by: her siblings, Maud Mae, John Wesley, Willie Rone and Mable Lynn. She is survived by: her children, Paul Timothy Haggard III and Jenai Marlana Haggard; her sister Annie Ruth; her siblings-in-law, Terry Chesney and Annette Chesney; her granddaughter Chelsea Neighbarger; her great grandchild Amari Crisp; and her nephews, Russel Purnell and Bernard Woodard. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
A wake was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the H. M. Martin Funeral Home (3856 E 131st St, Cleveland, OH 44120).
