He was predeceased by: his parents, John Willis and Beulah M. Cooper (Qualls); his wife Debra Lynn Cooper; and his brother Roger Qualls. He is survived by: his son Arlie Cooper, Jr. of Cleveland; his grandson Zachary Cooper; and his siblings, Gene Littleton (Charlotte), Carolyn Frazier (Max), John Cooper (Debbie), Mary Webb, Madonna Cook (Bill) and Stanley Cooper. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Penwell Funeral Home (168 W Main St, Shelby, OH 44875). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Mansfield Cemetery (389 Altamont Ave, Mansfield, OH 44902).
