She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband George Polansky; her children, Natalia Pryszlak (Joseph), Larysa Polansky-Hayes (Christopher) and Tamara Skinner (Daniel); her grandchildren, Zoya Pryszlak, Maya Pryszlak and Charlie Hayes; and her sister Theresa Rakowsky (George).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 16th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Josaphat Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral (5720 State Rd, Cleveland, OH 44134). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 16th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
