He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul and Christine; and his siblings, Louise Trunkett, Dolly Liberty, Christopher and Donald Ciacchi.

He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his children, Lisa James, Debbie Grassi, Chrissy Mastroianni, Tony, Jr., Brian, Mario and Nicole Ciacchi; his stepdaughter Denice Holcomb; and his brother Paul.
