He was predeceased by: his wife Sarah; and his siblings, Alex "Butch" Young and Lynn Steppke (Daniel). He is survived by: his children, Andrea Young, Greg Young, John Young and Christina Pavlik; his grandchildren, Anthony Young (Denise), Kaitlyn Pavlik and Gabriella Pavlik; and his great grandchild Freya Marek.
