She is survived by: her daughters, Chaplain (Alicia Cook Smallwood) and Minister Rita Cook Barajas; her grandchildren, Mikell Smallwood, Anjelica Drake, Rosita Henson (Jarvis), Scott Smallwood and Joseph Smallwood (Courtney); her great grandchildren, LaRon, Donald, Jawan, Alexis, Treyvon, Rylyn, Dorian, III, Kymberly, Aliyah, Josiah, Chance, Cydney and Cortln; her great great grandchildren, Damir and Dream; and her sisters, Beatrice Thompson of Winnsboro and Ruthann Tabb of Cleveland. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
