She was predeceased by: her husband Wallace Lee Hamilton Sr.; her parents, Howard N. Mabins Sr. and Ruby White Mabins; and her siblings, Marlyn Brown and Melvin Mabins.

She is survived by: her children, Chante'Monique Logan (Timothy), Kaffia Tamaeka Bishop (Antoine), Wallace Lee Hamilton Sr., William Jessie Hamilton (Taylor) and Wyman Scott Hamilton (Alani).
