He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynn and Elise. He is survived by: his wife Betsy; his children, Carrie (Rob) and Brian (Bobi); his grandchildren, Allie, Brett, Lukas, William and Tristan; his stepsons, Bill Thomas (Susie) and Scott Thomas (Cyndra); and his brother Robert. He is also survived by friends, and his favorite animals.
