We are sad to announce that on September 14, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Thomas Spencer Fulgham of Cleveland Heights, Ohio, born in Pikeville, Kentucky. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Naomi Fulgham and Cecil Fulgham. He is survived by: his wife Doris Howard; his children, Duane T. Fulgham and Traci D. Adeen (Rahman); his sister Elizabeth Parks; and his grandchildren, Courtney Elston, Khaleel R. Adeen, Jason Elston and Kailin K. Adeen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

Prior to COVID, Thomas enjoyed traveling.
