She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelia Kanakaredes and Nicholas Kanakaredes; and her siblings, Harry Kanakaredes (Connie) and Thea. She is survived by: her husband Nicholas T. Pelecanos (Niko); and her children, Lydia Sweeney (Timothy), Eleni Pelecanos-Matts (Joseph), Fiona Sweeney, Joe, Sophie and Victor Matts. She is also survived by her family taking her daughters and grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the STS Constantine & Helen Greek Orthodox Cathedral (3352 Mayfield Rd, Cleveland Heights, OH 44118). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Lake View Cemetery (12316 Euclid Ave, Cleveland, OH 44106).
