He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Julie Berkowitz; his sons, Jack and Sam Berkowitz; his parents, Lora Berkowitz and Jeff Melnick; his brother Jason Berkowitz (Lars Francisco); and his stepsiblings, Jay Melnick and Kate Siegenthaler.
