He was predeceased by: his spouse Clare I.; his son Martin Minoff; and his brother Norman. He is survived by: his children, Barry Minoff, Roy Minoff and Amy Southard (Mike); his grandchildren, David Minoff (Amanda), Drew Minoff, Melissa, Ashley London (Mike) and Kasey Southard (Zachary Fox); his great grandchild Colbie London; his brother Manny; and his friends, University Hospitals of Cleveland and Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
