He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mildred Lipton; his children, Kerry Lipton Burton, Sheri Lipton, Lori Lipton and Lisa Lipton Longstreth; his grandchildren, Amy Burton Sinclair (Martin), Jody Dickey (John), Brett Lipton, Rachel Lipton, Jordan Longstreth and Brandon Longstreth; and his great grandchildren, Emma Sinclair, Sofia Sinclair, Caroline Sinclair, Nolan Dickey and Cameron Dickey.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Philip's memory are suggested to the Jewish National Fund.
