She is survived by: her children, John Plotkin (Kimberly) and Dr. Elizabeth Plotkin (Richard Spore); her daughter-in-law Carol Plotkin; her pet Grady; her grandchildren, Jessica Cullen (Jeff), Dr. Brooke Rich-Plotkin (Ben Leffel), Eric Plotkin, Jarret, Dr. Brittan Sutphin, Alex Plotkin, Natalie Plotkin (Kashif Azam) and Lily Plotkin; her great grandchildren, Emma, Lexie Cullen, Charlie and Spencer Leffel; and her brother Marshall Hess.
