He is survived by: his grandsons, Alan and Joseph; his son David Leavitt; his sibling Irv Leavitt (Jane); his nephews, Mark Leavitt, Brian Leavitt (Casey), Matthew Leavitt (Jessica) and Lyle Leavitt (Alicia); and also, Elaine and David.
