It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martin C Blake (Cleveland Heights, Ohio), who passed away on August 6, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carole F. Blake; his children, Gary S. Blake, Nancy Blake and Kenneth W Blake; and his sibling Alizah Hochstead (Menashe).

In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to B'nai Jeshurun Congregation.
