Louise Shapiro Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louise Shapiro (Cleveland Heights, Ohio), born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on June 4, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Max Jaffe and Rae Jaffe; her grandchildren, Michael Kemery (Ellie) of Ballard, Hally Wax (David) of Bellevue, David Shapiro of Los Angeles and Seth Shapiro (Brittany) of Washington, DC.; her great grandchildren, Noa Wax, Zoe Wax, Adison Kemery and Rory Shapiro; her sister Geraldine Landau (Norman); and her brother-in-law Norman Landau.
The family wishes to express their heartfelt appreciation to her caregivers at Montefiore as well as her brother-in-law, Norman Landau, who made it a point to come to her window to visit with her as often as possible when in-person visits were discontinued during the height of COVID.
