It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leslie Horwitz (Cleveland Heights, Ohio), who passed away on October 14, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Linda; his children, Howard Horwitz (Robin) and Heidi Boehmke (Craig); his grandchildren, Kylie and Jack; and his brothers, Harvey Horwitz (late Natalie) and Dennis Horwitz.

Due to the pandemic, family requests no visitation at the residence.

Friends who wish may contribute to the Kidney Foundation.
