It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lesley Ann Levine (Cleveland Heights, Ohio), who passed away on September 30, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her nephew Aaron Berkovitz; and her former husband Robert Levine. She is survived by: her children, Marla Levine, Todd Levine and Tracy Juran (Josh) of Cincinnati, OH; her grandchild Lev Juran; her siblings, Amy Berkovitz and David Berkovitz (Joanne); and her nieces and nephews, Jordan and Ethan Berkovitz.
