Leonid Khmelnitskiy Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Leonid Khmelnitskiy (Cleveland Heights, Ohio), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 26, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Ninel Peshchanskaya; his daughter Inna Krasnyansky; his son-in-law Michael Krasnyansky; his granddaughter Svetlana Krasnyansky Sokolinsky (Kirill Sokolinsky); and his great grandchild Renee Sokolinsky. He is also survived by many caregivers and friends.

A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Berkowitz-Kumin-Bookatz Memorial Chapel (1985 S Taylor Rd, Cleveland Heights, OH 44118).
