He was predeceased by: his former wife Eileen; his daughter Terri Oppenheim (late Bruce); and his brothers, Samuel Kusens and David Kaye. He is survived by: his daughter Vicki Longert (Scott); his grandchildren, Steven Oppenheim (Bridget), Morgan Caruso (Anthony) and Taylor Caruso (Michael); his great grandchildren, Carson, Mason, Addison, Carolyn and Cameron; and his wife Las Vegas.

He treated a plethora of my skin issues with ease nd confidence. I and my family trusted him completely. Dr. Leonard was a true "mensch" in every sense of the word and medicine has lost a hero.
