He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Bell and Lilyan Bell. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Wilkoff Bell; his children, Jessica Semel (Alan), Elizabeth (Martin Elgison), Sarah (Dan Garrison) and Ari Spectorman (Anthony Ortiz); his great grandchild Nora Exler; and his brothers, Bruce and Howard (Wanda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Berkowitz-Kumin-Bookatz Memorial Chapel (1985 S Taylor Rd, Cleveland Heights, OH 44118). A shiva will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Four Seasons Apartment Party Room, Building (26600 George Zeiger Dr, Beachwood, OH 44122).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Jewish Federation of Cleveland, Planned Parenthood or a charity of your choice.
