He was predeceased by: his sibling Dorothy M. Milkovich (Eli); and his parent Dorothy II. He is survived by: his sibling Joan M. Ziska (late James L.); his parent John Michael Simcox II; his nieces and nephews, Kathleen Ziska Terlizzi, Anthony Ziska (Teri) and Karen Ziska Garvin (Jeff); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Amanda, Michael, Constance, Christopher, Angelina Terlizzi, Molly, Samuel Ziska, Allison and Matthew Garvin.
