He is survived by: his children, Edward Somers (Anna) of Mobile, AL and Catherine Somers; his grandson Alex Somers; his brother Harvey Somers of Ann Arbor, MI; his brother-in-law Steven Nathanson (Patricia) of Toledo, OH; and his pet Lovey.
