He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Janet; his children, Adam Covitt (Kelly) and Beth Covitt (Robin Saha); his grandchildren, Brody Saha, Ryan and Drew Covitt; and his sister Sandra Covitt.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Berkowitz-Kumin-Bookatz Memorial Chapel (1985 S Taylor Rd, Cleveland Heights, OH 44118). A reception was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the Beechmont Country Club (29600 Chagrin Blvd, Beachwood, OH 44122).
