He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra L. Jaffe; his parents, David Jaffe and Vivian Jaffe; and his brother Arnold Jaffe. He is survived by: his children, Deborah S. Kaufman (Steven) and Dr. Charles E. Jaffe (Randi); and his grandchildren, Gabriel Kaufman (Bryanna Clarke), Eli Kaufman, Samuel Jaffe, Alexa Jaffe and Jenna Jaffe.
