David Olbinsky Obituary

The memory of David Olbinsky (Cleveland Heights, Ohio), who passed away on November 13, 2024 at the age of 90, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lev Olbinsky and Freida Olbinsky; his sister Fira; and his nephew Steve. He is survived by: his wife Melania Posternak (Mila); his daughter Regina; his son-in-law Ray; his grandchildren, Emily, Cory (Jaime) and Jeremy; his brother Nathan; his brother-in-law Jacob; his nephews, Greg Katz (Bella) and Sasha; his great-nieces, Leanna (Connor) and Angela (Daniel); his great-nephew Steve (Yelena); his pets, Max and Milo; and also, Andrew, Ethan, Yiddish and Russian.

A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Berkowitz-Kumin-Bookatz Memorial Chapel (1985 S Taylor Rd, Cleveland Heights, OH 44118). A shiva was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM and on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Home of Regina and Ray (8175 Devon Court, Chagrin Falls 44023).
