He was predeceased by: his sister Claudia Lewis (Ron); and his siblings-in-law, Tom Claxon and Patty Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Celia; his children, Charles Darby Lewis, Emma Celeste Lewis (Austin G. Stevens) and Helen Carlile Lewis; and his siblings, Bob Lewis (Dianna), Jeannie Lewis (Jim), Joe Anne Springer (Ken), Wid Lewis, Cathy Lewis Alexander, Estle Lewis-McBride (Michael) and Clint Lewis.
