He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie; and his parents, Sara Kay and Max Kay. He is survived by: his sons, Dr. Benjamin Kay (Amanda) and Dr. Sam Kay; and his siblings, Dr. Marsha Kay and Dr. William Kay.
