He was predeceased by: his parents, Christian Erhardt Jr. and Edith Hammel Erhardt; and his sisters, Mary Jane Erhardt, Mildred Erhardt Johnson, Betty Erhardt and Alice "Bea" Keating Foley.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Winder Erhardt; his children, Jean Erhardt, John Erhardt (Denise Reynolds) and Sara Erhardt; his granddaughter Elizabeth Erhardt; his siblings, Christine Erhardt Kaufmann and Christian Erhardt III; his cousin Clarence "Bugs" Hammel; and his sisters-in-law, Nancy Erhardt and Mary Sue Kamphaus. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
