He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Judy Hayslip (Nee Kuzniczci); his children, Shari Renfro (Mike) and Kevin Hayslip (Patty); his grandchildren, Tyler (Gretchen), Demi (Andrew) and Patrick (Jacob); and his siblings, Judy (late Robert) and Jack. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
