She is survived by: her children, Doug Jr. Gurley (Leslie), Kimberly Hennel (Mike) and Sheri Burton; her grandchildren, Shannon Duncan (John), Matthew, Brian Shively (Erika) and Megan Mullins (Nick); her great grandchildren, Jacob, Elizabeth, Luke and Willow; her siblings, Pam Williams, Greg Stevens and Thomas Welsh; and her pet Chloe.
