She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bush and Marilyn Jo Bush; and her sister Kathy Bush. She is survived by: her husband Stanley Smith; her children, Nichole Norvell (Juan), Suzanne Chambers (Allen) and Stephen Smith; her grandchildren, Danielle (Dylan), Tiffany (Luke), Kirsten, Mariah, Braden, Braylen, John Jr., Ian, Lucas, Tyler, Kelsi, Isabella and Connor; her siblings, Lori Dulsky (Darren) and Jeff Bush; and her pets, Cameron and Charlotte. She is also survived by her aunt, cousins, nieces, nephews, and a circle of dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be sent in her memory to the American Lung Association or EverHeart Hospice.
