She was predeceased by: her parents, Beatrice Benton (Sanders) and Harmon Benton; and her brothers, Floyd, James "Whitey", Edgar and Donald Benton.
She is survived by: her nieces, Debbie Merrick (Greg), Sandy Burdette (Barry), Donna Conway (Jim), Micki Benton and Stephanie Benton; and her godchildren, Beth Rosenkranz (Robbie), Mike Miller (Amanda), Emily O'Daniel (Johnnie), Bill Woods (Carrie) and Patti Miller (Lavon). She is also survived by numerous great- nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
