She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Galvin; her parents, Frank Vaughan and Mary Vaughan; and her siblings, William Vaughan and Nancy Irwin.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Galvin Jr. (Debbie), Connie Smith (John), Thomas Galvin (Rhonda), Gary Galvin and David Galvin; her grandchildren, Carrie, Erin Smith, Kellie Holden (John), Greg Galvin (Brooke), Mindy House (Luke), Kinsey Carey (Patrick) and Lexie Galvin; and her great grandchildren, Gabe, Bella Aiello, Parker, John Holden, Layla House and Brielle Carey. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
