She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Ronald Neaves; her daughter Debbie Kennard; her parents, Earl Millikin and Virginia Millikin (Roof); and her brothers, Eddie and Bob Millikin.
She is survived by: her son Scott; her daughter-in-law Jennifer Neaves; her grandchildren, Fawne Wilson (Mark) and Kelley Neaves; her great grandchildren, Kaelyn, Cole, Avaree and Avionn; her sister Virginia Wetzel (Albert "Bud"); her sister-in-law Mary Jane Millikin; and her niece Sandy Haworth. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
