He was predeceased by: his parents, Clement Edward and Helen Kathleen Campbell (Clements); and his siblings, Kevin Campbell and Mary Ellen Pugh (David). He is survived by: his wife Jerry S. Campbell; his children, Kim Campbell-Taylor (Josef Taylor) and Wade J. Campbell; his grandchildren, Austin and Alyssa Taylor; his brothers, Gary Campbell (Carol), David Campbell (Kitty), Bruce Campbell (Carolyn), Donald Campbell (Sharon) and Stewart Campbell (JoAnn); and his sister-in-law Joyce Campbell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
