He is survived by: his children, Ashley (Steven), April (Don) and Pamela (Chris); his close friends, Matt, Tommy, Dan, Anthony and Chris; and his sisters, Audrey and Nancy. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hale-Sarver Funeral Home (284 N Miami St, West Milton, OH 45383). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Polk Grove United Church of Christ (9190 Frederick Pike, Dayton, OH 45414). A burial was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at the Polk Grove Cemetery (9190 Frederick Pike, Dayton, OH 45414).

Memorial contributions may be made to Ohio's Hospice of Dayton or Polk Grove United Church of Christ.
