She was predeceased by: her parents, Linus Muhlenkamp and Esther Muhlenkamp (Krieg); her sons, Andrew and Daniel Carlisle; and her siblings, Alvin Muhlenkamp, Ernie Muhlenkamp and Erma Kuess.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas M. Carlisle; her sons, Christopher Carlisle (Amy) and Patrick Carlisle (Diana); her grandchildren, Andrew, Pudge, Braidan, Megan and Daniel Patrick Carlisle; her siblings, Ivan Muhlenkamp (Sue), Lavaughn Muhlenkamp (Doris), Ben Muhlenkamp, Lou Ann Knoth, Juanita Buening and Kathy Coon; and her siblings-in-law, Elmer Kuess, Delores Muhlenkamp and Janet Muhlenkamp. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
